The Opera-Consonance LP6.1 package includes plinth, platter, tonearm and an anti-vibration system.
  The platter is made of white acrylic with a foam record mat on top to absord vibration. Bearing is of a low noise Japanese design comined with a low noise DC motor is connected to the platter with a nylon filament to minimize vibration transmission and maximize accuracy. The frame of the turntable is made of solid aluminum.
  The color combination of white acrylic and black base will work well with all types of audio furniture and other equipment.
  The LP6.1 is supplied with the Opera-Consonance  9" T988 tonearm, that recently received a 5 Globe review in Hi-Fi World [Nov'09] With the oil damped pivot the T988 arm can accept almost all types of MM and MC cartridges with no difficulty, heavy or light cartridges are not a problem. This arm is not only affordable, but also requires a low set up time so that you can enjoy it quickly after purchase. It has a clean look - there are no extra 'gadgets' to get in the way.
  If you wish to use a 12" tonearm (T1288 - a variation from the T988 arm), the plinth can be easily re-assembled to fit the extended arm length without extra cost. The extra 12" tonearm shaft can be purchased separately.

Droplet LP3.1 is designed to offers most of the Liu+ST100 combo's qualities in a lower priced, smaller  entry level compact package. As an affordable version of the award winning Droplet LP5.0 turntable, inheriting the precision stainless steel bearing, German AC motor drive system ,and one-piece machined acrylic platter from Liu, fitted with smaller Droplet shape Multilayer sub chassis to offer amazing value for money.  Double graphite rings hold the spindle bearing, of both  turntable and ST100 tone-arm, working as a sandwich hard damping system. The whole system sits on 3 stainless steel adjustable balancing feet to ensure the deck is precisely level. Stainless steel watch grade high precision bearing  (±0.1mm) Incorporating a floatation bearing design that suspends the platter on a high rigidity industrial ceramic ball bearing and cushion to reduce friction.

 The German AC motor sits in a separate housing which then sits on a cork base within the wooden section of the plinth.
 The main bearing and mounting board of the arm is rigidly linked. Both are bolted to a 1 cm thick alloy plate which sits via three alloy cylinders onto the wooden part of the plinth.The drive is taken via a fishing-line, nylon thread .
